Personalisation FAQ

Questions, answered

How do I add a name or message?

Choose your design in our Etsy shop and type the name, date or message into the personalisation box before you check out. Please check spelling carefully – we copy it exactly as written. [character limit per product – to confirm]

Will I see a proof?

[Proof policy – to confirm] If anything in your wording is unclear, we'll message you through Etsy before we make it.

When will my order arrive?

Everything is made to order. Production and delivery times are shown on each Etsy listing, and Christmas order-by dates are on our delivery page.

Can I return a personalised item?

Personalised items are made specially for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind. If anything arrives damaged, faulty or not as ordered, message us and we'll put it right. See returns.
