Delivery

Returns and refunds
Personalised items: because personalised items are made to your specification, the 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply to them (regulation 28(1)(b)). This does not affect your statutory rights.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: if your item arrives damaged, faulty or not as you ordered, message us through Etsy within [X days – to confirm] with a photo and we'll offer a replacement or refund. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected.
